Good sweet moses...there were so many things wrong with Mark's performance I don't even know where to begin...
- For one, dude wasn't even singing...did he think he was in a fucking library? He pretty much whispered 85% of that entire song. - The dancing. Enough said.
- And why is it people who say "I'm funny" are anything but? |

So SG, how busy were the phones in Nfld on Monday night? Is there lots of signs? How does it compare to the previous seasons? Give us the scoop.

Other than that...I haven't seen much in the way of signage...then again, I don't live in Portugal Cove and very rarely venture out there... As for phonelines...I never had a chance to vote this past week...missed the show Monday, and was expecting Mark to be on Tuesday like the first week...and it baffles me how he avoided the bottom 3 after singing first on a different day. If I was caught off guard, I have to believe a good portion of the rest of the province was as well. But yeah...very first week...piece of cake voting on Monday...come Tuesday, the busy signals were there. Typical. Although I was still able to vote with relative ease. Idol-mania is dying here...but its still not dead. Unfortunately. |

internet, vid cam shot of him, shirtless, taken from a gay dating website. UGH! The guy went from somewhat funny to obnoxious twat in one episode for me.

If people from Nfld have so much regional pride, any chance they would be embarrassed to support this guy? Any chance at all?
Seriously, Canada, there's not THAT many people in Nfld, and they can't all be voting---the entire rest of the country can't come up with several thousand people to vote crazy for every other contestant and put us out of our misery? Thank God Sanjaya wasn't from Nfld and on CI. But at least Sanjaya didn't take himself seriously after a point. This guy actually seems to think he is "bringing it." He's RUINING my first CI experience, dammit. |
