Well, so much for enjoying my annual Saturday morning Wimbledon women's final. I won't be tuning in, but I'm sure NBC will cream themselves knowing it'll be those two in the finals. Yawn. eta: Rain delay on the Zheng-Serena match. Serena up 5-2 |

They showed Venus's press conference and I thought it was really rude that they asked her how she would prepare for facing Serena since she was up 5-2. I
mean, yeah, it's most people's beliefs that Serena will beat Zheng, but still, why bother having the match if it's a foregone conclusion?

I'm unsure what you are trying to say, to be honest. You listed the women and said it was sad that people hate on Lindsay as much as they hate on the
Williams sisters. But what is it that you are saying "what I didn't even need to say"?
And why aren't there any other Americans in the top 60. Beats the hell outta me. Is there a specific reason? I don't follow tennis that closely other than the big grand slams usually to know. |

Zheng just had a set point at 5-6 30-40, but Serena fought it off.
Schuettler beat Clement 8-6 in the fifth, so it's now Rainer who will have his ass handed to him tomorrow. |
