If I weren't a fan of survivor i'd say this show was horrible and strenuous to watch. It awkwardly doesn't come across as a scripted or reality

Justin: Heather, Beth, Lindsay, Owen, Izzy Heather: Gwen, Trent, Cody, LeShawna Because Heather bribed Owen with cake :/ Also I loved Cody following Gwen around the entire episode. |

You forgot to include Justin's vote...
Since there are 10 people from the Gophers by episode 5, assuming everyone was going to vote as a block against Heather, she would have needed at least 6 votes to break a tie. But since Justin was eliminated, Heather escaped the block probably because the rest of the group didn't vote as a block against her. Cody would have probably voted against Trent, Justin against Owen, and so on... Obviously, this elimination arguably marked the first time that producers thought, "we can't cover all the characters over a half-hour timeframe, so let's get rid of some of the characters that don't contribute to the story." I love it, and I LOVE this show, it's hilarious. But at least try to explain how Heather would target Justin. Heather, as big of a lovable bitch she is, was not immune to Justin's hotness. It would make sense that she wouldn't target Gwen or Trent, since everyone would probably feel sympathetic to them after the diary reading and not vote against them. Izzy, Owen, Beth, and Lindsay are easy support votes for her. That leaves Cody and LeShawna aside from Justin. Heather's creeped out by Cody (as is everyone else from the group) and she's had issues with LeShawna. So, not sure why the producers decided to cut Justin early over those two aside from them being bigger characters. |

Justin hadn't even TALKED since episode one.
Cody at least won them a dodgeball game, and is friends with Owen. LeShawna seems to get along well with almost everyone. Next week is an Izzy crazy ep! (I think) And marathon later today! |
