The only reason Clay would want it is to divert suspicion by appearing to be truly worried about execution.
If he's the Mole. He's not though. |

What has Clay really done to sabotage? Nothing that I can remember.

Clay was a scavenger. Clay could have sabotaged the soccer as easily as anyone. He didn't really do anything with the pigs. He messed up on the fruit
mission. He refused to walk around in his underwear. He took a light load of gold.

I've picked Alex since day one. When Victoria got executed last night, I knew there would be a bunch of jumpers over to the Alex camp. The biggest
on-going reason I think Alex is the Mole are his eyes. His eyes are full of amusement everytime they do his quiz results and it's really difficult to make
your eyes lie. But if he isn't the Mole, then I agree that he and Paul have known who the winner is for a long time.

dolphins, you and I are gonna be the ones laughing when they show our posts picking Alex as the Mole since episode 1.

The sticking point for me has always been the Robinson Crusoe mission from the first episode. I knew the moment I saw it that the mole was a scavenger, so I
kinda went back and forth on Alex, Clay, and Victoria. The pig mission kinda threw me for a loop until I realized that he wanted to collect as many pigs as
quickly as possible so he could get that slingshot. He even grouped with two women so he could hypothetically have an easier time convincing them to let him
use it.
The great thing about that Robinson Crusoe mission was that Alex helped Craig bring back the Mole sign, yet Mark only mentioned Craig. I'm sure, when he wasn't re-hiding the kettle and tobacco, that he was more than willing to answer Craig's request for assistance in carrying that sign. |

I also picked Alex from day one. My husband picked Victoria and I laughed hysterically when she was eliminated last night.
I thought in Ep 1, there was that word "PLENA" that flashed on the screen during the quiz. I looked it up back then, and it is a reference to a style of music with Spanish roots. The music style was a way to communicate information among the people. Alex's bio says he likes to communicate via his music. OooooOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooh. |

Yeah. Who can be certain in the first episode. But he was certainly high on my radar. By the second episode, when I could better assess everyone's
behavior, I was convinced.
I agree, hotchiemothcie, with your assessment. Alex has done a good job of controlling his situation, and looking like he's the hero, but when you look at the bottom-line, in reality, he's sabotaged it. And the other person is blamed (particularly by production): Craig and the sign, Nicole and the fruit, Bobby and the pigs. |

Alex was my Episode 1 pick but I've vacillated between a few contestants since then.

He was so obvious with the journal questions. It's clear that there weren't any repeat answers, yet he chooses someone (Mark) who had already been
identified as writing the passage about Victoria.
The answer to Alex's question was Clay. Clay thought Alex was taking control. Alex's journal entry was: "hoping that this time it will all work out." What does that mean exactly? Pretty innocuous, something totally meaningless I'd expect to be in the Mole's journal. It could also be read as a message to us all that he's hoping his sabotage will work out next time. |

yeah, I thought Stephen was the Mole and I can see Alex playing the "Stephen" role as well.

I disagree about Alex being the Mole. I think Kristen has done more Mole like things
Episode One She gets the bag but probably knew nothing was inside. During the Cursoue mission she was one of the Appraisers who allowed 2 stupid items to be submitted. Episode Two She was willing to take the taxi up hill and lose money for the team. She allowed Bobby to be pushed in a wheelbarrell and searched a shop for a long time even though the shopkeep kept telling her there weren't any pigs there. Not only that but her team didn't get any pigs at all. Episode Three I don't remember Episode 3 but girls walking around in Booty shorts and Victoria (bitch) get clothes for them. Episode Four She did carry the most bricks up yes which is even more suspicious to me. She also took time in answering her question giving Nicole the time to respond. If she knew why not say it right away? She is also one of the people Victoria least suspected as per her confessionals regarding what a strong player Kristen was. |

I think at this point WHOEVER is the mole is really bad at it? I don't think the Mole is sabotaging the missions I just think the players are retarded and can't get that act together.
B/C this thread was made, Alex will be the next one to go. |
