Here's the info so far (June 5, '08):
- All 16 castaways have now been chosen (among 12,000): 8 of them from the national auditions, 8 of them from "recruitments." Yours truly made it all the way until the Top 120 of the national auditions.
- Due to a typhoon, the Baguio City auditions scored the fewest auditionees (1,500)
- Extra Challenge host Paolo Bediones is the host (but then, the world already knows that). Ethel Booba will not be joining him.
- A guy named "Mustafa" is most likely one of the sixteen.
- Uncle Cameraman syndrome: filming is on Koh Tarutao beach in Thailand.
- Survivor Philippines will be shown on a DAILY BASIS.
- Reward challenge on Mondays (30 mins), Immunity challenge on Wednesdays (30 mins), Tribal council on Fridays (1 hour).
- Tuesdays and Thursdays will be used for "building tension."
- "Sa Extra Challenge, ikaw ang bida!"
