I'm sure he doesn't care how she treats her subordinates, he knows HE wouldn't be able to tolerate her. You have to give it constructively in order for them to take it constructively. I dont know much about Ramsey but is he a raging bitch in his real resteraunts?

Yes, it is a heart attack on a plate. Petrozza won him a fan last night. Blech! I've never been a big fan of Monte Cristo's, but then when I was in the nursing home, they had them about 3 times a week and they were the nastiest fucking excuse for a sandwich I have ever seen. And that's saying a lot, because all the food there was fucking vile. Ever since, just seeing a Monte Cristo makes my stomach not happy.

Mostly a tactic of the dishwashers, but some poor waiters wouls eat rolls etc. if they appeared untouched. Even tho I despise Jen... I think she may have been tasting Christinas sammich to see what all the fuss was about. she tasted another winning offering in a previous show...

Isn't it better to bring the stuff to the counter 30 seconds late than have it sent back? And why would she admit to not cooking the food instead of just passing it off as an honest mistake? I think it's better to look careless than like you're purposely not doing your job. But I did like when Gordon called her a banana.
