The early seasons of BB had less people. I think BB2 and BB3 had 12 people, so maybe they really will scale it back to basics. Of course the content of that
commercial (BIKINIS! HOT GUYS!) makes me believe otherwise, but I'm clinging to the small hope.

Well, BB4 had 13 and that was the start of the major casting twists.
That commercial doesn't make me too optimistic about the season. |

I think that it would be interesting to see them incorporate some ideas from foreign BB's into the show this year. Intruders later on in the season would
be fun to watch just because it has never been done on the US version before.

Damn, I really hoped that after the raging orgy that was the entire BB9 season (and post-season, apparently) and Grodner getting bitch-slapped by the network
brass and told to "clean it up", that maybe they'd actually tone it down a bit for BB10. However that commercial leads me to believe otherwise. I
wonder how many rooms in the house will have bowls full of condoms this year?
In all seriousness, I have no problem with there being sex and eye candy and whatever on BB, but season 9 really just seemed to over-do it. I mean, the first challenge the houseguests had to compete in required them to essentially mount each other. The name of the show is not Big Brothel, 'ya know? |

I'd really love to see an intruder twist in BB, no one would ever expect it since I'm sure they've never heard of BB in other countries. A regular
no twist season would be great but we all know that would never happen... so bring in some intruders!

That first challenge was nothing compared to some of the earlier seasons...in particular I disturbingly recall the goo challenge in BB3 where they had to
scrape green gook off each other's bodies, including Gerry who was also carrying a load in his speedo. It's not like Big Brother has ever exactly been
a shining beacon of human decency and classiness.

What is an intruder twist? When someone moves into the house mid-season (or just later than everybody who moved in Day 1.) In some cases a group of people would move in and only one of them would stay, or they just add three or so in like on BB Australia. |

The White Room twist would be fun. But since it is thirteen this would be wishful thinking. 14 regular housemates plus four more in the white room. Whoever
stays the longest wins and gets to go into the real house.

Someone else in another thread mentioned how nervous they were in BB6 because Eric might have been voted back in. In my head, I was all, "Wait... Eric was BB8 and he was America's Playa and there was no one voted back in that year" ... Of course, by Eric, the person meant stupid Crappy. Bleh! |

Well, I guess we now know gender-wise it will be 7 females, 6 males. BB9 was imbalanced because of the gay couple and I know in All Stars they had more men
because BB6 had more women....the seasons with more men led to male winners and more females led to female winners so it would be pretty unfair to put an extra
penis into the house.
Certainly, if I was in the house, I'd want to make it to the F2 with another guy. Everyone's craving another female winner at this point. |
