149. Brian Corridan (Survivor Guatemala)

Brian had a lot of potential going into Guatemala, and he was doing pretty well until the random swap placed him, Gary, and Amy at a pretty bad disadvantage. Even worse considering old tribal lines dissolved after the separation, so even if Brian did make the merge, there was no place for him in NuNakum, and he was in a bad position at NuYaxha. Anyways, he was a good player who got screwed. Bate Blake was hilarious, and he had all the right ideas for Amy especially, and Gary, but neither went along with them. Reason he doesn't place higher is that I had other faves that season and he's been overshadowed.































148. Becky Lee (Survivor Cook Islands)

Becky is a lot higher than she probably should be, but I think she got a raw deal, edit wise. Or maybe it served her right for not only being reserved in public, but also in confessionals. Whatever the case may be, she was very much a non-entity. The reason she makes it this high was A) her alliance with Yul and B) She was a better strategist than people give her credit for, and I really wish they'd have shown more of it. An example is how when Candice went to exile island the first time, in an insider video, she was most concerned about Becky. Why? Because she said Becky was the main person communicating between Candice, Yul and Jonathan -- shows she was a strategist. But ultimately she was boring on the show, which I know isn't the case in real life, but still.

























147. Clay Jordan (Survivor Thailand)

I hated Clay during Thailand's original airing. He was a cocky some on a bitch and he was downright obnoxious and annoying. But again, on rewatch, he's really a hilarious character, and I can totally appreciate him as a character. I hated the way he exploded on Jake etc, but aside from his social game, he really did play a good game, strategically at least. What he pulled with Penny was absolutely brilliant, and he doesn't get enough credit for that. He probably should be lower, but meh.





































146. Ghandia Johnson (Survivor Thailand)

At the time Thailand aired, I hated Ghandia so much. She'd probably be bottom 10 if my mindset was the same as it was then. But at least she had some redemption at the finale when she genuinely felt bad for the way the whole Ted thing went. But she handled that oddly, and it was uncomfortable, but slightly entertaining at the same time. I hated her because she conveniently left out the part where Ted apologized. But upon rewatch, this bitch was hilarious. She was so funny when she did impressions of Clay etc, I just couldn't stop laughing. She was batshit crazy and I loved watching her when I saw the season again last year.


















145. Matthew Von Ertfelda (Survivor Amazon)

I didn't care for Matt at first, since he was pretty UTR. I didn't think the tribe was purposefully isolating him either, that really made no sense to me, personally. Then at the swap, he became weird around Shawna, which I didn't like. He was a bumbling idiot most of the season, and I really didn't like him. Until final 7. That episode made me like the guy, and I was really rooting for the Christy-Matt-Butch trio. He quickly pissed me off by voting out Christy the next ep, but he showed his good natured side through the rest of the season, and he was very level-headed, which I liked. He ended up playing the person who taught him everything, which was a fun twist of fate. His final episode with his reflection about needing to have more fun in his life was nice. But I still think he was a bit weird, though I can appreciate him to put him this high.

144. Ryan Opray (Survivor Pearl Islands)

I'd probably have Ryan top 60 at least, since I really liked him in PI. I was rooting for the Morgans during the original airing, and Ryno seemed like a genuine guy. Smart, athletic, fun etc. But unfortunately, post show, he's been kind of pathetic, and that is why I have put him much lower.

143. Lydia Morales (Survivor Guatemala)

Lydia would be a lot lower, but once her son passed away, I felt so bad for her, and I softened up to her. I rewatched the season after the news, and I realize how much spunk she had for the game. She fought her heart out, and I appreciate that. No one appreciated the experience more than Lydia did. It was cute to see her so excited about the Mayan people coming to teach them stuff at final 4. I <3 Lydia, but she still was pretty UTR and followed a lot, so I can't put her much higher than this.

142. Danni Boatwright (Survivor Guatemala)

Danni for the first 3/4 of the season at least was a bore, and I didn't care for her at all. But after that, she really stepped it up, and I noticed the game she played. Post show interviews revealed more of her strategy, and it was brilliant. Not many people can finagle their way out of a situation like she did. Sure, she was the weakest of the NuYaxha people, but she adapted to that... she knew she had more time to scramble than her tribemates did, which allowed her to find the cracks and blow them wide open. She really only had one card to play, Rafe, and she played him beautifully. For that, I put her this high, but I can't put her higher because she was boring.

141. Alicia Calaway (Survivor: The Australian Outback)

Alicia would probably be a lot higher for S2 if it weren't for all stars. I hated Kimmi during the first airing of outback, and totally sided with Alicia. I thought Alicia was fun, sweet, and the way she went out was pretty classy. She went out on a high note. But unfortunately, all stars came around, and after seeing that, and rewatching S2, I realize what a bitch she was. To say that if Kimmi isn't willing to compromise her morals, she shouldn't be there was terrible. The whole chicken situation again, was Alicia's doing. But I still liked her overall, so she gets a semi-high placement.

































140. Shane Powers (Survivor Panama Exile Island)

I have mixed feelings about Shane. Half of me loves his zaniness, because it provides a shit load of entertainment. His antics out there were pretty hilarious overall. From using the girls soap, to Courtney being a lunatic, to the way he lost it on Aras/Cirie at final 7 as part of his plan. I'd probably have him higher, because while I thought he was an asshole, I knew it was for show and it was entertaining. Plus his love for his some was nice to see. Then when he gets voted out, he's a complete douchetard. I mean, he's upset with Aras... the guy he was going to vote out at the very next TC??? He's mad at Cirie, when he was telling her she was out on day 6??? He was going to backstab people, but then got upset when he was backstabbed. which put a sour taste in my mouth. So it's why he ends up pretty much at the half way point of the entire list.

139. Earl Cole (Survivor Fiji)

I'd originally thought I'd put Earl a lot lower, because on the show, I thought he was arrogant when he wasn't boring. He was shoved down our throats despite not being that interesting. But thinking back, he was a pretty nice guy. I think he's been one of the worst winners, strategically, simply because he didn't do all that much; he excelled at social, which is what took him that far and won him the game, but I thought his strategic game was weak and barely existent. Still he did something right and it was nice of him to give 1/2 the money to his Mom.





































138. Terry Dietz (Survivor Panama Exile Island)

I'm surprised Terry made it up this high, because he was an asshole. A big asshole. What did I hate about him? He was condescending as all hell, he was obnoxious, he had the "I'm better than you" attitude, he betrayed his best friend Dan, he blindsided Ruth Marie, and upon getting voted out and being fairly bitter about it, still claimed he never lied in the game, which he did. He was an asshole when things didn't go his way, like at the final 4 challenge. Then when he was so close minded to think that Moms weren't as important as significant others, and when he exploded on Cirie for putting her torch on the ground. But through all of that, he was still likable in a way. He was a great underdog, and I was rooting for him to do well for La Mina. So while he was a complete asshole, I still was rooting for him in a strange way.









































137. Tammy Leitner (Survivor Marquesas)

Tammy, the last of the Rotu 4. I liked Tammy initially, I thought she was a tough girl, fun to watch, competitive etc. But then the Rotu4 alliance came, and I didn't like that. But at least she wasn't a huge bitch like John was, and she didn't want to throw the challenge (even though it was dumb not to looking back). Even after the Rotu 4 was taken down, she had a pretty good attitude... she didn't give up and fought pretty hard to stay. I loved when she bitched about Zoe, cuz she was absolutely right. It made me <3 Tammy again. But at final tribal, she was a huge bitch, which was enough to knock her down several places. She was too bitter/hypocritical.










































136. Heidi Strobel (Survivor Amazon)

I thought Heidi was going to be a nice girl coming into Amazon, since she was a teacher after all, but boy was I wrong. In episode 3, she really showed what an OTTNN bitch she could be. Trashing the older women like she was better because she had a bunch of silicon in her chest. When she said in a confessional, that Christy was a hindrance or something and that "If you can't understand the people around you...", I wanted to bitchslap her. She's supposed to be compassionate... help her out and don't stick your nose up. I thought she might be a great girl after the first swap when she was stuck with two girls she didn't interact with + 2 old men, and she was very nice. She stuck up for Christy, and was going to refuse to vote for her. She actually made an effort, maybe because she didn't have anyone else, but still. She didn't like the way the boys would go off and not include her and Christy, who were supposed to be a part of the group. But when she merged, she got right back into the clique, which sucked. But once the clique broke up, she became okay since she at least talked to Christy, and didn't ignore her. Plus post show, she had a lot of nice things to say about her, and wished she got to know her better. Plus, she's this high also because she provided hilarious moments, such as a rock and a hard stone, and how she was such a huge threat and how the boys were so "scared" her her mastermindness and how every plan revolved around her.










































135. Sylvia Kwan (Survivor Fiji)

Sylvia was kind of overbearing in the first episode, and sometimes her voice was really grating. But overall, she was a refreshing character. It was kind of sad to see her go, especially with so many duds in the Fiji cast. But Sylvia was great for the first 3 eps, and I wish she would have lasted. The scene where she was trying to slip and slide to no avail was one of the funniest moments in the show.

























134. Tina Scheer (Survivor Panama Exile Island)

Tina was one of my faves going into the season because of the son she lost, and the story touched me. It was so sad, and I felt really bad for her. I was rooting for her to do very well, but part way through the ep, it sounded like she was going, and I was dreading the end of the ep, especially since she stayed over Melinda and Ruth. I even disliked Cirie for taking Tina out. The scene where she writes in the sand was so sad. She was a great character with a lot of potential. She doesn't make it higher simply because other people left a bigger impression than she did, to me at least.





























133. Linda Spencer (Survivor Africa)

I originally had Linda 50 spots lower, but she rose up high because I realize was a great character she was. She was zany, but caring at the same time. At the time of Africa, I hated her, along with Carl and Frank, but she really was a nice lady, and reading her bio on another website, she's very inspirational. Kinda wish I put her higher. But I still have to take into account the show, and I did root again the old people quite a bit, since they did start the drama. I was so happy to see Linda go at the time, but her scenes in ep 4 were hilarious, especially with the whole "THANK YOU!" and "Didn't yo mamma ever hug ya??".






































132. Aaron Reisberger (Survivor China)

A lot of people are probably WTF on him being so high, but I kind of liked him. He was a nice guy. He was the leader of FL, and was in a fairly good position within the tribe, alliance wise. He's also the person I think was the most robbed by a twist, since the whole swap was designed to screw over the stronger people, and that's exactly what happened to Aaron, but damn, it made for one hell of an episode. Probably the best of the season. I was blindsided, it was crazy. But he was a nice guy, I thought he'd go a lot further, but he should have lied to the ZH people more.





























131. Tom Buchanan (Survivor Africa)

I started out the season disliking Tom because he was an asshole to Clarence, even though I was no fan of Clarence either. But after that, he grew on me. He was pretty hilarious. The whole Jew thing was the funniest moment of Africa bar none. But the way he acted towards Kim J was kind of pathetic, and All Stars left a bad taste in my mouth, so he wasn't as enjoyable upon rewatch. Still a great character, and 131 isn't too bad.































130. Carl Bilancione (Survivor Africa)

I hated Carl during the original airing. He started the alliance against the youngins, and he was an asshole about Lindsey getting sick. Not only that, he expected Silas to take 5th place in their little alliance. He also was a huge dick in that he claimed to know what Silas was up to when Silas was baiting him to talk about all his money, yet if he was so smart, then why did he continue to do it?? Made no sense. I was so nervous when he and Lindsey were going head to head and was sooooo relieved when he left and the youngins took control. But he was a great character, and a pretty cool guy looking back.
