Not that BB8 and 9 were awful but I want a BB6 like cast where I love half the house and hate the other half. They should just make the episodes better. The episodes are horrible and I haven't actually looked forward to the episodes since BB6 or 7. They need to not just cover what happens with competitions and ceremony's.. they need to do fun stuff. They really should do tasks like UK/AUS for things like food and luxuries instead of stupid competitions.

BB has just been casting TOO many barely 21 year olds with no life's experience to make them interesting over 10+ weeks in the house. If they spread out the age diversity, it could make for some interesting feeds.

I do see what Allison G. is meaning...I went with my cousin and a friend to the cast call here in Houston at Gallery Furniture. ALL of the peeople in line ahead of us and behind us were well over 30. That's not to say that all people fell into this group, just that everyone around us was. They did the interviews in groups of 8 or 10 I believe and they did them all together, so nobody on that day got up close and personal interviews. Made for a very strange audition. Neither of the hot 20-something guys I went with were chosen to return, and they've both been in film before. They knew how to get the attention of the producers and are very good-looking guys, so who the hell knows what BB will cast this season. If they are looking at an older cast, well, they sure got that crowd in this cast call! Here Here for the Old-Farts!!!!

Older HGs means we probably won't get stuck listening to all that bullshit bragging about dealing drugs or petty stuff like who's outfit is cuter. Older people usually have life experiences to draw on for conversations. My sister went to the New Orleans auditions & said there were lots of older people there too. They did the group thing just like you said they did in Houston. I think they know what they're looking for so if that person is there he'll still stand out & get a call-back. It's all about fitting into the theme of the season. I wish you'd have gotten a call-back. Damn shame. Also a damn shame your cousin & friend didn't get on too since they sound yummy! (I never said I want ALL older people on. Some nice man meat is always welcome.)

Sort of a "Where are they now" type of thing. I myself wouldn't mind a few 'older' folks. BUT they need to at least know where they are for Christ sake. I hate the natural obligation to feel sorry for the old bastard that has no clue what happened to him the day he got lost in the casting studio for some show. I don't want fake FBI agents...on what planet, Jack ?? And speaking of planets ... Goerge, which one was he from? Also would it be too much to ask for them to choose someone that won't get made fun of in a swimsuit? Who was that fat old guy they made wear a speedo , I forgot his name?? Oh and before I forget , I hope they don't just throw in the 'token' older person and make us have to sit and watch them flounder on the outskirts of every xxx rated game the 'kids' play during the first two weeks. Other than all that I am ready to watch someone with more than one story to tell. I would prefer it not be some sappy , self-deserving, needy version of their childhood either. I do have to wonder though, how are they going to top themselves after last season? I am not saying it was profound or anything. In fact, it felt like being in the alley behind a bad strip club. Can you imagine if those guys had access to more booze and maybe some crack? But I have to wonder what direction the producers are going to take it? Are we headed deeper down that alley?

When they put members of the press in the house for 24 hours to do a "dry run" of how things will work. So maybe we'll get house info & pics around the 30th of this month. I can't wait to see how they do it this season. I wasn't too fond of the camp cabin theme. It was too bland. I'd like something classy looking. That would mean no Ikea! They need comfy beds too. I got so tired of hearing about how they don't sleep. All that does is keep them awake & then napping all damn day. But a big complaint I have is how they always have HGs who have drinking/drug problems or rage issues & it keeps BB from giving them lots of alcohol. I'm praying for some normal social drinkers that won't start throwing furniture or fists when tuned up. I miss the drunken confessions & drunken alliance making.

I would prefer them to be awake late into the night because I have to work during the day. In my opinion, that's why the feeds were better for BB8 and not so good for BB9. The hamsters were up when it was dark so they didn't lay around suntanning all damn day.
