Oh I loved this. I was pleased to se Jane wrote this one. The D'Anna fake out with Rosilin was beautiful as were Laura's visions during the jumps but
by far my fave moment was when Laura snapped and tried to let Baltar die. The way she tore off the bandage and tossed it away was amazing stuff. And then her
'praying' while he bled out? Cold.

I don't think the show is pushing a one true God agenda, I think they are just trying to illustrate a religious revolution/reformation.

absolutely love it. I dont like the idea of Lee as the fifth but only because I dont really care for his character as he is now, all suited up. Lee 2 seasons
ago as the fifth? I would've loved that but now I'm just bored with him. If there's a point to what his character is going through, I hope they
get to it soon.

Are they going to reveal the final Cylon next week? Cause if not I'm gonna be pissed. Waiting until 2009 would be lame. Especially given all the ALL WILL BE REVEALED crap they've touted all season. |

Maybe the final cylon will be the so far unborn spawn of Tigh and 6?
Just an idea that popped in my head :shrugs: but I guess that wouldn't make sense if D'anna saw the final five already. Oh well. |

myself).
Ultimately it takes nothing away from my enjoyment of the show -- but I've enjoyed the multiple gods of the humans more than the singular "god" of the cylons -- although Baltar's take, albeit self-serving, is somewhat interesting.

There will be a break. A Massive, painful, annoying break. Until 2009, most likely. Friday will be the last episode for a long time.

Is there anybody left who could possibly be considered a 'surprise' fifth Cylon? They should not have left us hang so long as now, any possible answer
will be anti-climactic. I'm now rooting for Boxy though.

I agree though. It will be really hard to inject any drama into the final cylon. I can see myself now: Reveal: Dee My response: Yeah, not a surprise Reveal: Gaeta My response: I can see that, especially since he lost his leg Reveal: Zarek My response: That was my guess! Reveal: Starbuck. Or Adama. Or the other Adama. Or Roslin. My response: Those bastards LIED when they said the final cylon wasn't in the last supper picture. I am SOOO not surprised that they are bastards.... You know, the only thing person that would really surprise me is Helo -- mainly because to me, he represents the soul of the humans. I can see a Helo reveal causing me to say WTF?!?! But that's about it. |

Moore explained that even though they are currently filming the series' final scenes, the none-too-small matters of editing, post-production and "seasonal scheduling" by Sci Fi Channel places the onset of the final slew of episodes at the start of 2009, at the earliest." well, frak. That blows. 2009? Honestly? Thats a really long ass time to wait. I guess if they had promoted it as two separate seasons from the start, that would have been better, but if it goes off the air for EIGHT months, can that really be considered the same season? The editing/postproduction excuse is ridiculous too. They're filming the finale now or already did. Movies can be finalized in 8 months, I don't think 10 TV episodes should/do take that long. Anyhow I'll of course be watching, that just seems like a really long break.
