Dennis recruits for wedding sabotage

Dennis and Alexandra have spent the morning recruiting saboteurs to help disrupt tomorrow's wedding between Mario and Stephanie.

Dennis explained the scenario to a "confused" Rebecca first thing this morning: "I've never heard in my life somebody get married that fast. It's unbelievable - it's got to be a fake. If you knew you were getting immunity, you'd do anything in your power to stay off that nomination book."

Rebecca remained unconvinced, saying of their acting skills: "I don't think I'd be able to do it that good."

Dennis revealed his and Alexandra's plot to object during the ceremony tomorrow afternoon, nominating himself as the first speaker. Alexandra asked him later whether Rebecca was "on board".

"I said to her, if you feel free to follow, follow," he replied.

The pair also tried to gain Darnell's support by encouraging his doubts surrounding the couple's lack of affection.

"Why don't they kiss?" Darnell asked. Alexandra replied: "Because, darling, it's not real."

Dennis reassured housemates in doubt that the relationship may be authentic, saying: "If it's real, then we can redeem ourselves by apologising and they can accept it. If they do accept it then that's good, but if it's fake, then we win. So it's a win win situation."

Lisa and Mario slip up as strangers

Lisa and Mario spent the morning amusing themselves by pretending not to know one another.

Speaking in front of Rachel and Rebecca, who are unaware that the couple are in a relationship, Mario and Lisa compared pasts and noted various similarities.

Lisa commented that she had received professional training in exercise as a child, provoking Mario to ask if her parents were sporty.

"My dad's a natural athlete," she replied.

"My father was an athlete," responded Mario, noting the coincidence. "He's a sprinter."

Lisa's real-life boyfriend then asked her where she lived, commenting "that's not far" to her answer of "Warrington".

Listing their Northern housemates, Mario noted Luke and Dale, momentarily forgetting that 'fiancée' Stephanie is Liverpudlian.

Mario had earlier joked that their "five-minute" wedding could soon become a "five-minute divorce".

Big Brother 'plans further wedding twist'

Big Brother's wedding task will take a further twist tomorrow night when Mario and Lisa are asked if they want to marry for real, according to a report.

Show chiefs have told the couple that they must pretend they are not together if they want to win immunity from the first eviction. Instead, Mario is pretending that his girlfriend is fellow housemate Stephanie, who he proposed to as part of the challenge yesterday.

Once the truth is revealed tomorrow, Mario and Lisa will be given the opportunity to tie the knot in front of their fellow housemates, according to the Daily Star. The Big Brother house has been licensed for marriages and the minister recruited for tomorrow's fake wedding is able to conduct ceremonies for real.

"Having put Mario and Lisa through an emotional wringer, we're keen to reward them with a happy ending," an insider told the newspaper. "An on-air marriage would be a real coup for the show. We've got our fingers crossed we can pull this off."
