Yeah. Aren't you going to have to pay your agent something? Did your agent come to this house with you? If the agent went to look at a FSBO or recommended
it to you or had the slightest wiff of anything to do with it you likely have to pay them something.

goner1 wrote: No he never visited the house, the private seller does not want to deal with agents. I am planning to buy him a big gift basket or something to thank him. I even offered him some money to help me negotiate or write the offer letter but he declined and said that he did want to charge me. |

goner1 wrote: Yes, it's in his brochure and I will point that out, even though he basically has NOTHING exciting. His brochure did specify 5 Whirlpool appliance package. Besides that, I'm not really intersted in the rest; besides the California shutters. |

OMG yeah! I went over and we finished the deal so fast!
We are writing the offer to purchase tomorrow night at his house. We will write it together, then I take it to my lawyer, sign and then bring it back to him to sign and done and done. YAY! |

I hope you have the house inspected by someone other than a relative who renovates homes before you sign on the dotted line and write a check. Seriously.
Whirlpool appliances or not.
