no, i don't think we can all agree. i don't particularly find lisa any more offensive than spike, andrew, or dale. i do, however, think that she gets as bad a rap as any of the great female chefs who have made it this far. i only haven't been posting about it because i have the minority opinion. it's a little offensive to think that so many of you actually believe that the only way a woman can win is through manipulative tactics on their behalf. so, i stay out of the conversation. she may be the most despised (which is out of her control), but that doesn't make her the least deserving. i think that if we didn't consider the chefs in terms of gender or sexuality, or g-d forbid physical attractiveness, people would be much more objective.

I don't think many people here on Sucks think that; what some have implied or suggested was that the producers are/were trying to force a female win by manupilating the judging (something I don't actually have an opinion on but it is amusing to read), that is quite different fom saying it's "the only way a female can win". I don't care for the whole male/female thing, the best chef should win, period.

I am, however, of the opinion that Lisa does not belong in the final four out of the group of contestants this season, whether she is female, male, monkey, goat. She may be an okay cook, but she hasn't done well on the show, if not in the bottom three, she was near it; her ONE win was from a team challenge, when her teammates Dale and Stephanie created equally (IMO) good dishes, but she got the prize because the judges liked the miso-glazed beacon...something they never had before but I'd bet good money Lisa did not come up with that on her own, but picked it up somewhere.
