Well, I'm glad for once, a male character died to advance the plot of a female character. Had Sun died and Jin lived, then it really would have been lame. |

Michael needed to redeem himelf for all the shit he did. I think its because of Walt that his character needed redemption. Also, no one knew where Michael
went and it was unclear of what happened so they had to finish some of the plot.

At this point, I think the only two characters I feel ambivalent about--Jack and Kate are the only two who will end the series alive.
I don't think all these characters are dead, however, if they keep killing people off, the also kill off the viewer's interest. |

(random thought, I love how we use "edited" as it's Survivor, I do that all the time) That said, Juliet's edit is the kiss of death on LOST. Her storyline is pretty much resolved. She's free from the love triangle, she seems to be free from Ben--if she doesn't get a storyline early next season, she's dead. Also, it's sad how pretty much every dead character was listed except poor Paolo and Nikki. You guys speak like they were never on the island originally.

Why kill awesome characters like Jin and Michael but leave alive useless characters like Desmond and Hurley?
Is Claire dead? Paolo and Nikki didn't die they were buried alive. :p |

On what planet is Desmond useless (and Jin/Michael by contrast useFUL)? Michael's story (if it is over) was complete enough. He got his redemption.
Jin's 'death' (I hope he is for dramatic purposes but I wouldn't be upset if he survived) was a great story push for Sun.

Locke is not dead in the present, only in the future. I saw no proof that Jin is actually dead, only that the freighter blew up. Michael may still show up
given that Christian Shepard, Charlie and other deadizens keep showing up. Especially since Christian appeared to Michael at the very end. Didn't that same
thing happen to Claire?

I don't mind the killing off of characters, but i'm sick of this "knowing they are going to die" gimmick Lost has decided to use the past two
seasons. We knew Charlie was going to die, we knew Jin was going to die, we knew Michael was probably going to die, now we know Locke is going to die.
Surprise me, Lost! I used to love that shit.
