I completely understand your philosophy of getting rid of the "weaklings" (as you thought) Chet, Kathy, and Tracy (though I think Tracy was anything but). HOWEVER, do you not agree that telling them you were going to do so was perhaps not the smartest move in a game like this? Kind of the opposite of a blindside--giving them the chance to work other people and turn on you. You should have just kept your 7-3 majority, been pleasant to the other three (and even let them think they were "in" with you) and then gone about your plan however you liked. Tracy could have ended up being a strong ally for you down the road, as it turned out.
