People tell each other they are not interested all the time, as did she, but don't really mean it based on their actions. His actions say very different. Based on how he is acting, if I was her, I'd think this guy is really, really into me. If he isn't, he should have fun but draw the line at some point not just with his words but actions. Both are not in sync with each other.
