*sigh* I just wish the Big Brother House would LOOK like a Big Brother House, and not an IKEA festival. That, and the need for a TON more character
development and less strategy. Seems like the UK/US are complete opposites lately...UK uses too little strategy, US way too much.

You're comparing it too much to the UK & AU versions. They have loads more money to spend over there since it's a national phenomenon.
And I didn't think the past 2 seasons here looked overly Ikea. (Well, except for that daisy circular addition to the kitchen counter.) I loved the Alice in Wonderland theme for BB8. I just like being surprized every season with something new & different. It doesn't have to be like the UK house. It's the people in it that matter. You also mentioned more character development & less strategy. How can BB focus on character development? You put 14 people in the house & watch them interact. We see them 24/7. Do you want BB to script things? That's what it sounds like. |

So what do you think the "theme" of the house is going to be?
BB9: Love shack, log cabin BB8: Alice in wonderland BB7: Good/Evil BB6: "Modern" I think it should either have a futuristic "Big Brother" look, with eye pictures everywhere looking at them, metallic surfaces, and funky furniture. Either that or do a "retro" theme, looking back at past seasons... since this is the tenth. |

THEY NEED MORE ALCOHOL. Period. Enough of this bullshit of 5 random beers every three days. Where do they even come up with these random cans? It reminds me of when you have a big party and after the party your cooler always has 10 random cans of different varieties of beer. For the next year, every party you throw, you throw those fuckers in the cooler, and at the end of the party, they're still there. I think BB is using their leftover staff wrap party beers from the end of the prior season and doling them out throughout the next season. (By the way, our last party we had our randoms actually got drank! Whoot! They were about three years old and at this point were just a running joke with all our friends but some asshole drank 'em. Probably someone's date or something - lol) |

I think BB is using their leftover staff wrap party beers from the end of the prior season and doling them out throughout the next season.Too funny about the beer twink. 
I've noticed that too. They get random, nasty beer during the week then the only person getting "real" beer is the HoH. Like the HoH is supposed to get all grateful & shit for 3 longneck beers or 2 Heinies (for the entire week). HoH should get their fridge stocked with at least a 6 pack a day to share/bargain with if they want. |

Maybe I have been watching too many home improvement shows, but I would like to see an empty house and they have to win everything and decorate it as teams.
It would keep them busy and has the potential for serious accidents of power tools gone awry. |
