Because I actually first heard of this site from Eliza. She told me to NEVER EVER go here. She said they can be pretty mean and mentioned the Alien thing because of the night cameras and the big eyes thing. ( I did tell her upon meeting her that "Wow, your eyes really are big. I don't mean that in a mean way or anything, but wow...)She said I didn't seem like the type who could handle it, I being an emotional bag of goo out there and all. At that point, she was correct. But now that I'm home, well......I'm much better now. And Eliza's eyes don't stick out as much when she has meat on her bones. They are actually very pretty and not Alien-like at all. This is also why I had no idea where we were going and that it was going to be a fans vs. favorites. Completely surprised. Wish I had known of you snarky devils sooner.

You said that James told Jason to shut the fuck up more than once. I'd love to hear more James stories... that man rocks! Jamesisms.... 'you had to eat the apple' and the whole life vest thing. Much love for James and I'm glad he stuck up for you.

James is the funniest man I have ever met. Okay, so we move our camp down the beach and I can't remember if Penner was still there or not. But it rained ALOT out there and usually we didn't have any fire because of the wet wood. Our cave was much, much smaller that Malakal, barely room for us much less any firewood. Also it was about 120 yds into the jungle. James finally gets a fire going and we put the kettle of water on. (at that point we hadn't had any boiled water for 2 days) The water should come to a complete boil for 10 minutes to be safe. Waters on top of fire for 20 min. I say to James "Is that water boiling yet?" (he had put a board from one of the tree mails over it to keep the heat in or something)

He peeks, "Not yet darlin'"

2 min go by. I ask "James, is the water boiling yet?"

Peeks again. "Not yet buttahcup"

3 minutes go by. I say "James, that water has to be boiling by now! Jesus, we're thirsty here!! Is it boiling yet?"

James looks up and says " Girl......you're making me want to walk in the ocean and take a big breath in"

Me: "........................Oh, am I bothering you?" We laughed pretty hard and that's when I fell in love with James.

We won the 2 Palauans, loin cloths and all. The girls start talking about ice cream and Joe says "What is this ice cream? We have never heard of ice cream"

Girls: "OMG! OMG! You've never had ice cream? OMG it's blah blah blah blah blah!!!!"

James said to me: "Shiiiiitt......don't be tellin me you ain't heard of no ice cream. You don't think they live in them loin cloths do ya? Shiiiiittt......theyz prolly got 3 pick up trucks on blocks in der yards, livin next door to a 7Eleven.....shiiit. Mark Burnett prolly paid dem 50 bucks to come here and do dis shit.

Last man standing: James or NeanderJoel?

When you get time, please answer the questions about the audition process, air fare, etc.. and how long is it from the time you are notified you are on the show to the time you land on the beach? Also, how long were you together with the cast before you hit the beach?

These are much too long and involved to answer at this time. I am tired, hungry and feel that this is starting to become a full time job. Laundry is wrinkled in the dryer and the dishwasher has needed unloading since I got on this site. I need one night's good rest and I will be back.

I was wondering.....I didn't bring a journal to Palau like my husband suggested (I thought it would be dorky) so I ended up wanting to write my thoughts down anyway in the margins of a book I had brought ('Don't Know Much About Anything" by Kenneth Davis) before the game started. Would you have any interest in knowing what I was thinking before the game started and what I thought of the people who were with me that we couldn't speak to???

I anxiously await your answer...............

Hi Kathy, I think you're ADORABLE...loved your EW interview. To me, Jason came across as likeable on the show and in his post show interviews too. Based on what you've said his likeability on the show must be due to editing because I never really noticed him being a jerk. Would you tell some stories or elaborate more on what he did to be such a jerk? Thanks!
