I'm not sure I believe that Adam purposely set up a scam. He wouldn't have had the time to plan & execute one. Robyn Cass didn't cast him
till the last minute so he didn't know he was going to be on the show long enough to get this thing rolling before going into sequester.
No one was out any money that we know of. James, on the other hand, says that many "old people" were swindled out of life savings in his mortgage scams. He said he even forged their signatures in many instances. He's the real crook. We'll probably never get the entire truth though. |

and apparently nobody heard the conversations between james and adam i heard. they've done some very similar cons on people, and both laughed about it. but i guess the pimp/drug dealer/scam artist isn't nearly as bad as mohawk bike boy. i didn't like the way james played after he came back in the game---he should have gone for sheila and gotten the target off himself. but judging him morally against adam and having adam come out on top is problematic to me. if adam reneges on his promise to give that money to an autism charity, then he's scummier than james. only because he DID promise he would do it, and getting 'fired' doesn't change the promise. |

I heard the conversations in the backyard with the bros & I think Baller is a scumbag for what he said he did. Matt too for that matter. But they sold
drugs & Adam pimped prostitutes to willing customers. James hit on innocent & unsuspecting old folks. That's much worse. Especially now that
he's spouting all this "love humanity & peace on earth" shit in his chats/interviews.
I don't see that lying about a charitable donation while in the game is bad. Hell, you do what you can to win. They've done it every season. I think Adam might have jumped the gun on his promise outside the house to give 100K to charity though. He was pumped up & probably didn't stop to think that almost half of his winnings would be going to Uncle Sam. |

I wonder if there is a clip of this. The only thing I heard was when James said he used the whole "pink" thing to allow people to believe he was raising money for breast cancer awareness and they would give him money. I thought that was pretty bad! I never heard Adam's drug/prostitution stuff. Geez, this was just a big group of winners.

What I find interesting is that we don't seem to question Ryan's grandfather dying? I didn't hear anyone tell him They were sorry to hear about his
grandfather passing while he was in the house. I would think that Julie would have said something in an interview or someone would have brought it up in an
interview.

Zip, BB always tells these personal things to the HG in the DR & it's up to them to share it with the other HGs or not. Ryan chose to tell only
Sheila. He told her he didn't want the other HGs to know about it. It would have been wrong for Julie to say anything on the air about it since Ryan kept
it from everyone else.

Then they decided it was his Dad, who was dead at the time, but was writing deals and swindeling from the grave. Those darn Zinkland's are slick! So James managed to swindle thousands of elderly, handicapped people out of everything they had and no one complained?? Not them, not their kids, not their grandkids and even the cops payed no attention (even though cases like that almost always pull major public sympathy, thus ending up being on the news with some detective swearing to string the guy by his balls.) Does that sound right to anyone??? So I am betting either James bragged to look slick, or he overcharged someone a couple hundred bucks. |

Jani - I'm only going by what James himself said in the house. He said he used to be a mortgage broker & he got several old people to re-do their
mortgages through him & that it was a scam. He also said that if they didn't sign he'd forge their signatures.
Maybe these people never knew what happened. It's possible. And the fact that James is so young means this probably only happened recently. |

I wear pink and if someone handed me 1 dollar or 100 dollars because they thought the money was going to raise money for Breast Cancer, I'd feel like a punk if I took it.
