Unless Amanda wins immunity, I can't see any logical reason that Cirie and Parvati vote Natalie out before her. Neither Cirie nor Parvati have done anything this season to make themselves appear at all loyal, so why start now?

Maybe they are emotionally attached to Amanda? We kind of got hints when Cirie mentioned that Amanda got her to the point where she was almost ready to pick rocks...When you think about it, if Amanda is able to get them to keep her because they are emotionally attached, than social gamewise that's impressive. I go back in forth in who wins, but what could prove prophetic is the whole discussion at Tribal Council about taking someone unlikeable to the end. That conversation may have been highlighted for a reason. Honestly, it takes a lot of cajones to play the game in a complete backstabbing Chris like way where you backstab everyone. Sometimes you get players who may backstab everyone but this one person.

Cirie was willing to pick rocks to progress Amanda to the final 5. It's totally different when you're talking final 3. If Cirie really feels threatened, truly THREATENED by Amanda making the F3, look for her to try and get her out. Whether Amanda makes it or not, I don't know, but Cirie wouldn't be loyal just because of "friendship" feelings. I don't buy that. I don't think Parvati would either.

Picking rocks at Final 6 would put Cirie seriously at risk. If she's willing to do that who knows...You can say all you want that players might not have one player they have a weakness for, but this has happened time and time again...Remember Rob M with Amber? of Danni (BB3 and Jason) now sure Danni had that "deal" with Lisa, but if Danni had gotten HOH, no way would she have voted out Lisa...It happens all the time that you can have someone that backstabs everyone in sight, but won't backstab that one person they need to. (Colby) anyone.

I guess it's possible. If Amanda makes the F3 I'm going to say it's because she either wins the immunity. Parvati would have to be stupid to want to face her, as would Cirie. Why play for yourself for all these weeks, only to ruin your game because she's your 'friend'? Colby doesn't count, he had no real strategic sense, and that's why Tina totally played him like the bulked up fool he was IMO.

I would agree with you, it makes sense that Amanda would have to win immunity. But honestly the editing has been setting it up that someone takes Amanda in the finals. And then there is Jeff saying Amanda's one obstacle is the Cirie/Parvati wanting to take Natalie over her. Now, it's possible Amanda the jury threat is ironic because Amanda doesn't win... Remember nobody though brought Lil into the finals...But it's also possible that someone brings Amanda to the jury, foolishly...And I keep on saying there may be a reason they spent so much time at the Merge final council talking about how you have to bring someone unlikeable to the end. And there's Eliza's "million dollar mistake line."

The show could be saying the joke's on :Parvati/Cirie. (Interesting though that Jeff mentions getting Parv out because she has Nat/Alexis. It looks like both girls may vote for her) Although he mentioned the damage control Parv has with everyone else.

To those discussinf the china votes: James said in an interview that he started to write amandas name down, crossed it out and voted for courtney. He said that courtney over came the most odds. Also, back when frosti posted on these boards he talked about voting for todd and how he felt todd deserved it the most. Yeah, I can see why Amanda lost and I think her main problem in China was that she let Todd paint himself as the strategist in their alliance. I think Todd is a smart player, but he gets less props as a strategist with me because he actually seemed to consider taking out JR instead of Sherea/Frosti. That would have been one of the worst mistakes in the history of the game. And the fact that Amanda had to argue with him on that point, makes me think that Amanda deserves a LOT of credit for the successs of their alliance. But she was just to behind the scenes. And she also didn't form enough bonds.

This season it seems like Amanda has learned her lessons. It's interesting they are either telling us the whole Amanda would win because she blows the Tribal council. Or they are trying to tell us that the jury doesn't just vote for Parvati because they are bitter. We have had Eric call Amanda a strategic player (apparently on Insider Amanda told Eric that she was the most strategic player in the game! A page right out of Todd's book) We had Cirie complimenting Amanda as "being good" for her loyalty test, and then Alexis complimentining Amanda's "social game." It's totally possible that they are sublty telling us that Parvati loses not just because the jury is bitter, but also because she took a player who is not only likeable but is someone who is also respected. Probst even said Cirie/Parv shouldn't want to take Amanda to the end because she is 1. Likeable 2. She plays hard. So it could be a combination of votes for Amanda.

And for those who say that Cirie would vote for Parvati, who knows. Cirie complimentd Aras for being a loyal player and a nice guy when she voted for him.

Well, I agree. But the whole JR thing could've gone either way.

Had Frosti stayed with FL, it would've still been Jaime & Sherea next anyway in a 6-4 and then 6-3 vote. Had Frosti stayed with ZH, James would've sided with ZH too (based on something I read on these boards before, although I may have misread it) and the FL members would've gone.
