Your list was pretty spot on except for these 2...

Jenna Lewis - Although she is probably not deserving of being on the All-Stars season, she played a really strong and under-rated game throughout her time on Panama to prove the producers right. She immediatley forced her way into a power position on Saboga not fearing the reprecussions, got Rupert in her back pocket early which because of his strength and good guy reputation helped make the Rob/Amber alliance when she had to adapt to being thrusted onto Chapera. From then on did the best she could to stay in the background, and if she doesn't lift her foot in F3 IC, she wins the Million no doubt.

Katie - Without a doubt one of the best players in the history of game. She got away with doing absolutley nothing while still playing a crucial role in who stayed and who went because of her relationship with Ian and Tom. Her edit was pretty awful, but Katie had a better grasp on the social game then pretty much anyone else who has ever played the game. Tom and Ian weren't idiots yet they let her just slip right under the radar right into F2. Now granted they both realized that she was probably their ticket to the million, but with them doing all the dirty work even that logic might have been a slight case of wishful thinking. Granted, the jury still gave the more deserving player the million, but $100,000 for 2nd ain't chump change. Katie was so good that she virtually made Ian hand over a F2 spot to her! She was a mastermind out there, and no one else has quite played the game like her since.
