That was not a pleasant experience getting them on the front, the damn suction thing was poking the floor of my mouth and the trays are not fun. I bet getting them on the back will be no fun at all! I went from being a very smiley happy kid to being generally miserable. My Mom was so worried she actually sent me flowers just to get a smile out of me (which did work, by the way). I was in pain and looked like an even bigger dork than I usually do, can you blame me for being miserable?!

And your teeth will feel like they are about to fall out. Soft foods are a must so stock up. Good news: It goes away in a few days, and you'll only have soreness after each adjustment. Also, the bottoms won't be near as painful as the tops. (wow, did I really just say that?)

Those things would get mighty uncomfortable very fast. Just stick with the run-of-the-mill braces and you only have to deal with discomfort for maybe a week, at most. Plus, I imagine that in your case nomii, you wouldn't have to worry about the cutting of sensitive parts of the body.
