Amanda had no other choices but to stay with the women. Cirie may have been used as a vote pre-merge but it was her choice for most boots. Amanda was used as a vote post-merge and has had no real say in any TC about who goes. She even had to ask Parvati what the plan was after Ozzy's boot. She had her chance last time but flipped for Parvati to boot Alexis. One of her TC votes was not even needed. Amanda "I don't like how she {Cirie} is making this decision like what's up with that?" Ozzy "That's right" Parvarti "I know" Amanda "The next time, will it all be her decision too?" Parvarti "No" Amanda "Do you see what I am saying though? Like I didn't like that" Parvarti "Let's talk to her right now" (Cirie is beckoned over and appears to be weary with her "what?") Parvarti "All five of us need to talk" Ozzy "The more I think about it, the more it makes sense to vote Eliza, please?" Cirie "Why is it so hard…?" (Both Ozzy and James talk over each other to her) Parvarti "We all need to be on the same page" Cirie "I don't want to change my vote; my vote has never changed, y'alls vote has changed" James (conf) "Cirie is killing me; you can't be the boss of everything… she went from the swing vote to who's deciding what is going on for the whole group; that can't happen. I feel like I'm in China again with a bunch of dumba--es" The Cirie and Parvati quotes say it all.

Posts: 1270 (05/08/08 3:51 PM) I don't get most of the jokes Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	i was just listening to the radio and i heard an advertisement for tonight's episode. it said something like the women are going to try and pull a crazy stunt and it might actually work! then natalie came on with a quote about how she feels she can easily control and manipulate "him" (erik). didn't jeff mention something about the biggest blunder in survivor history? well, what if erik wins immunity, but somehow, someway, natalie or one of the other girls convince him to give it up to someone else and then they turn around and vote him out? now that would be the biggest blunder ever! hmmmm, just my thoughts. :)

There is no way that she knew of the Ozzy blindside though - she told us in a confessional that she mad and 'game on' after they booted Ozzy without telling her. 'What nerve' they had I think was her direct quote. I don't see her making a confessional saying that if she knew of the plan - she'd have no reason to lie about it in a confessional. She also said that she was upset with them, but she wasn't going to show it to them. Since Ozzy's blindside she's been playing the numbers and biding her time - she had to stick with the girls because that's where the numbers were. Staying on that side of the game let her reconnect with Cirie/Parvati to bring her back into the favorites fold and the numbers advantage at 5. Playing a great game doesn't always mean making all the big moves - I think that many on this jury will respect Amanda's play and the fact that she was able to 'outlast' everyone when the chips were down for her. Also, having seen 2 guys go by blindside, while holding the HII then her flipping the HII situation around and blindsiding 1/2 the tribe has to bode well for her chances in front of this jury. She went looking for the hidden immunity idol while James was still there. She volunteered to go. It's possible she might have been thinking of it to save James, but he was pulled from the game. James didn't want to align with Jason. Jason was a huge immunity threat. (Jason said this in his interviews). So she also had no reason not to go along with the Jason boot. She knew Jason was the target not James. I would like to know was she planning to go along with a James boot. That isn't clear, because she asked to go to Exile Island before James left.
