But couldn't Natalie just vote Parv or Cirie out. Would they risk that?

I think one of the girls finds Ozzy's old HII, convinces Erik that it's real (which it is, sort of), and convinces him to give up his immunity necklace in exchange for it. I think this is hinted at by what Jeff says, as well as this image that's included in one of the other previews: This image definitely seems to imply that something happens with Erik and the immunity necklace.

The crew all knew where Ozzy (and Jason) had left it and nothing would be simpler than getting it from camp while everyone was at a challenge and re-hiding it with new clues.

Jason had his with him, Ozzy didn't. In the Ponderosa video he said he would have played it if he brought it. I think there is something in the rules that says that you can't "steal" the idol from somebody. I'm also not sure if this would be the same thing or not. Since it seems like there may not be a RC, I thought maybe Amanda said there were clues to 2. From the preview, none of the women thought he would fall for it.

No, Catalie (and not the other women) was skeptical that anyone (not Erik specifically), would fall for it. And it doesn't matter, because clearly, whatever it is that they try, he does indeed fall for it based on Jeff's comments.

I almost want to say "between Erik, Cirie and the necklace" (Cirie is in the shot too. I wonder if Cirie is going to finally get her hands dirty. Parvati's hands are smeared in Ozzy's blood, Catalie has the sinew from Jason's jugular stuck between her teeth and Alexis is now repeatedly jamming Jason's failed HII into the orifices of her Amanda voodoo doll. Time for Cirie to get dirty just to prove she's 'one of the girls'.

It's not like the crew following them 24/7 don't know where he put it. .....Maybe he just gave up the IN ala Jenna M. only this time someone has an alternate plan in place. In fact it wouldn't surprise me if all the women weren't working together to get him to give it up. A 4-1 vote against after giving up the IN might even be dumber than Jason. It's the second most votes against. The holder of the HI does not have excluse say. Had Parvati and Amanda not voted the same it would have been a 1-1 tie, only those votes cast against Amanada wouldn't have counted. How they'd break that 1-1 tie is anyone's guess. I would make sense to me that when Probst says "The idol has been re-hidden" or "The idol is back in play" that he is talking about the concept of Immunity Idol, not one particular physical idol.

Whether someone finds it is another story. If Erik and Natalie are working together as the Insider and this weeks promo suggests then if either wins RC or a combined RC/IC then they should work together to find the HI. Whether someone just gets the clue or is Exiled with a clue.

Something that's never happened before with the idol, happens. We saw some idol sharing in Fiji, with Earl/Yau-Man and Alex/Edgardo/Mookie, and maybe some other times I can't remember right now. Is there some sort of Erik/Natalie idol cooperation that would be "completely different" (allowing for Probst exaggeration)? Honestly, if Erik gives up the IN and gets blinsided it won't matter if the HI is just a possibility. My guess is Erik giving up IN is the main thrust of what's going to get him branded here. I doubt that it will be an HI that was left behind. I'm quite sure that would be confiscated, like Yau's fake HI was after the Fiji merge. (Per Yau it disappeared at some point circa the merge.)

The idol was re-hidden and brought back into play (after Ozzy was blindsided). Amanda dug it up and used it last time. Tough call on whether another is again hidden or if once used, its finished. jeff does use the word 'idol' so.. There is some hijinks involved somewhere with an idol(?) Somehow Eric is duped I am expecting - time for that 'rat' to go..
