The frame by frame analysis makes it appropriate that this is in the Lost forum.

1+0+8=9. Maybe the ninth person to arrive is the Mole? Ninth journal? Remember, they added numbers like that off the taxi cab in one of the celebrity
seasons and it was right. Hmm.....

Could be the Mole.
1. Has experience "performing" 2. People will discount her as just a flighty blond when she fucks up. 3. The other two blondes were cast to distract from her. 4. Her being the Mole guarantees there will be a hot chick through the whole game to keep the crucial male 18-24 demo. |

Part I of my post: the newest commercial, available on ABC's Mole site. For those who are still following any sort of number clues from the logo sequence at the
end of the commercial, here it is frame-by-frame:
I don't think there's anything to go by here, so this clue should be put to rest. Also, KOOYBKP! And for no reason, this commercial also featured clips from Season 2 without making any mention of it:

Part II of my post: 4 new contestant interview videos have been posted on ABC's Mole site.
Copied from my post on the ABC message boards: Ali is a 24-year-old actress/model from Missouri. She describes herself as adventurous and in shape and is "willing to do whatever to get it done". Her strategies for The Mole include forming a coalition, throwing other players off by using her innocent look as a cover, and using her intuition to weed out truth tellers from backstabbers. |

Ali, who describes herself as "stunning", has posted this comment on a Youtube video of the 15-second commercial for the show:
ufcchicaI also saw an advertisement by Paul on Myspace, but I don't recall him using his looks as a selling point. Are the contestants required to help advertise the show or are they doing this just to gain exposure for themselves? |

I just went to Paul's myspace and it's private but his header does have an advertisement for the show. How do you know that ufcchica is Ali? If I was
on the show I would post it everywhere!!

"professional" help on board the show. Ali and Paul are probably very nice and fabulous people, but didn't we already have acting personalities
on Celebrity Mole? Wasn't the whole point of those two series to have larger-than-life professional entertainers show us how entertaining they are to
entertain us?

In the case of Ali and Paul, both who are trying to make their way into the Entertainment Machine, I suspect they are always in it for the exposure and notoriety reality TV brings them to help further their career. Personally, I find it unfortunate that the producers would decide to bring "professional" help on board the show.Obviously, you don't visit this board too often. It is an unfortunate circumstance that reality tv shows are now populated with Mactors (Model/Actors). Survivor, BigBro, Amazing Race all were once credible in their selection of real people. But after the first few seasons, they have resorted to the easier task of booking people from L.A. who are represented by an agency. That is not true of all of the contestants, but some seasons of Survivor had only 1 or 2 non-mactor types. edited to add: Just watched a couple of videos and woo hoo our first GAY mole contestant. Absolutely true that gay men and women are great liars and have to learn to be from an early age to hide themselves from the dangers inherent in being out. Go Bobby! And it is good to see a black host, although if he is anything like Amad Rashad, this show will bust. He seems level headed and less flippant than Amad, hopefully more interesting like Anderson.

In previous seasons contestants were facing a ten million dollar fine if they talked about the show before it aired.
Jim and Jennifer from season 1 were the first gay Mole contestants. Massive disappointment with the presence of mactors. UGH!!! |

Do you think they would make one of the "mactors" the mole??

Heliox wrote: Talk about "reality" setting in. You're right, I haven't been avidly following reality TV for a number of years so I wasn't aware how
prevalent the Mactor factor had become. Now that I know, the Mole seems just a little more drab. Nice way to kill the enthusiasm, producers.

Besides those two has anyone found anything on the other contestaints? It might not be that bad if its only Ali and Paul. It could be that they are the only
ones who try out. I would love too but I'm a chicken.
