Want to find Kelly Clarkson's biggest fan? You don't have to look too far from the stage because he's on it! As frontman for her opening act, The Graham Colton Band, the lead singer has gotten to know Clarkson quite well. "Her talent is undeniable," the Oklahoma-bred Graham, 24, tells TEEN PEOPLE. "But she's also beautiful and has a real spirit to her. People are drawn to Kelly. She's got charisma and everything. She kind of glows..."

He could go on and on -- really -- because this tall, dark and handsome singer-songwriter, a former college football quarterback, also happens to be Kelly's boyfriend going on six months and he's mighty proud of his girl. "Look at how far she's come," he continues. "She's taken the reigns of her career and her life and directed them to where she wants to go. For her, it's effortless."

Well, if there's one person who knows the strain of life on tour, it's Kelly who, since winning the first ever American Idol, has catapulted to worldwide fame thanks to a stellar sophomore CD, Breakaway, which just landed her two Grammy nominations. "We both understand the business," says Graham, who didn't watch Idol when Kelly was on it. "I've only had one other girlfriend in my whole life and it didn't work because she was home and I was out on the road. It takes a toll on all of your relationships -- with your parents and even your friends. So Kelly and I have that in common. If we don't talk for a day, it's cool. We both have our own, individual lives."

All that hard work has obviously paid off for Graham in his music. Feeding off influences like late 90s hit-makers The Wallflowers, Matthew Sweet and, his personal favorite, Oasis, Graham's brand of guitar-heavy pop is winning people over one show at a time. "If you'd told me we were going to open for Dave Matthews one summer and Kelly Clarkson the next, I would have been like, 'No way. Our music wouldn't fit,'" he says. "But it's strange how much great feedback we've gotten."

But perhaps just as important is the effect the tour has had his personal life. "The first time I met Kelly, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't instantly attracted to everything about her," he admits. "I felt like I was in high school again -- passing someone in the hallway. I'd be in my dressing room fidgeting [thinking], what chance would I have with Kelly Clarkson? Luckily, she asked us to go back out on the second [leg of the] tour and I was like, she must not hate me."

Far from it, the two have been going strong since the summer and having a great time throughout. Kelly has even joined Graham on stage for his single, "Cigarette," while he's also returned the favor, breaking into "Since U Been Gone" during his set one night. "It was like summer camp on the road," says Graham. "And, luckily, I fell in love."

Recently, the two have had to spend some time apart as Kelly headed to Australia, but Graham wasn't far behind. "I spent my birthday over there," he says. "[As a present], Kelly took me backstage to this room where she had a candlelit dinner [set up for me] with my favorite thing to eat -- burritos. It was a lot of fun. And then she played in front of 11,000 people, so not a bad night."

Surely the first of many. And as Graham rejoins the Kelly Clarkson tour for one final run, he's as pumped as ever to see his girl, watch a little "White Christmas" with her ("It's a favorite movie for us both," he says) and, of course, sing along to her hits. "I haven't missed a show of her's since June," he says with pride. A true fan, indeed.

I guess there goes that theory for you all.. ..Kelly has had real relationships...unlike Carrie who denied the relationship with Romo even though she was seen draped on him like a $2 hooker every chance she got....and then she went public with Chace just before her album dropped for publicity and then was so ridiculous as to off handedly say "oh we broke up over text" and ended up sounding like a complete bitch in the process
