You're missing why the anger is directed at Parv and not Cirie. He and Parv "were" friends outside the game before ASS2. He backs that up in
episode 2 or 3 after he's already doing Amanda he says he thinks he can trust Amanda, but knows he can trust Parv. He believes it was just game play on
Ciries part because they weren't friends, but it's a complete betrayal of his and Parvs friendship "for money". He just didn't believe
she would ever vote against him until the final four..............he's and idiot, and is acting very childish, but that's where he's coming from.

The Lex comparison isn't fair, since Lex was a hypocrite after booting Ethan.
I could still see Ozzy voting for Parv in the spirit that Kathy O voted for Rob M. "Bitch, you wanted money, here's your 40 pieces of silver, I owe you a vote from last time and can't stand losing to a fan, but you've destroyed our firendship, and that's worth more than money, etc."
