I saw Michael on Regis and Kelly, and he sang really well. I miss him on the show already.

Thanks for posting that. I wish someone had captured the choosing of the groups where Constantpreen and Fat Fuck had to choose which group they were in and they both chose Bo and Carrie's group, except that Fat Fuck was the only one right.

Heee, I totally forgot about both Constancrap and Scott standing with Bo & Carrie and then Ryan having to send Connie over to the losers!! Scott made
for the perfect villian that night and for great TV!

ETA: I think this was one of the most shocking boots. Not because he had a chance in hell at winning, but because it truly came from nowhere. With Daughtry/Constantshit, both did bad the night before and it was predictable they would leave because of the history of shocker boots. Tamyra, in my mind, was the most shocking just because that was the first ever shocking boot, and no one could have expected it. Jhud leaving was also pretty random and shocking.

I agree with both of you. I am not a taylor hicks fan but In the Ghetto was by far my favorite of his performances. Ironcially it was the only song I
wanted to download of him and I could not find it anywhere. As far as ranking the shockers I would go-
2)MJ- These were one and two because there were so many people left that were far worse then either. 3) Chris 100) I was never surprised about Constantcrap- I could never understand what anyone saw in him.

Ok, maybe I'm the last person on the planet to still be in mourning over his elimination, but I will never believe that he had the least amount of votes last week. Never. If I hadn't made quite a few calls while trying to vote for him that went straight to nothingness, then maybe. But no. I guess I always knew this shit was rigged but it never affected me until last Thursday so I never really gave a crap. I think (hope) MJ will be fine in the long run, but I'm still pissed over missing out on at least a couple more of his performances on the show. And let's face it, the guy made the group sings tolerable with his wacky hijinks and made the show more interesting in general with his all around hotness and actual good singing. Oh well. I suppose I will watch again come finale time. |

^^^ I agree. I hated the show this week. It was boring and made me realize that he's the only one I really looked forward to each week. I never expected
him to win (these people want an all David finale and I believe they'll get it), but going out at Top 8 was just too early. He won't even get a good
spot during the tour going out at 8.

I agree. I hated the show this week. It was boring and made me realize that he's the only one I really looked forward to each week I was not going to watch it again, because I really looked forward to seeing him each week, and I was so upset, but then I decided that I like Sheyesa, and I think she is getting a bad deal every week since she's obviously one of them they consider expendable for their tv show, so I will vote for her and Cook each week because I want his brother to see him win it and not Porky. |

I just watched the Ellen performance on some site called Red Lasso and was gonna bring the link over but now it's gone. He sounded great and the
interview was good, too (just too short).

So I managed to get my paws on his CD with The Rising, one of his CDs with Film and a solo CD he did. I haven't had a chance to listen to most of it yet
but his solo stuff is awesome. I'm listening to a song called "Mountains" right now and it's just awesome Soul/Rock. Michael's voice

He got invited to that White House Correspondents dinner, and I forgot to watch the arrivals and it, maybe they'll repeat it. They should bring him back
to the show, so what if he got "voted off" he was the only one worth watching each week. They should just have him sing a song each week.

I was thoroughly prepared for zero Michael Johns face time. But I got a pretty good dose tonight. Props to Idol for that.
He sounded and looked great! |
