I didn't really care for him, and I thought for sure Syesha would be gone, but that was mildly surprising. I thought the whole "this year..."
thing was really unnecessary. Yeah, yeah. It's sucks, blahblah. I thought it was stupid.

I loved the audience's reaction to that 'shocker' elimination, as if half of them even knew he was on the show. Most forgettable, "WTF are they still doing here?" contestant ever? Usually everyone in the Top 12 is a presence in their own way, he was just....there. I'll still miss this porker regardless! <3333 |

Terrible boot. I thought Michael would finish top 3. Hopefully he lands a good recording deal despite going this early. Pretty stunning that Syesha, Carly, and really any of the girls would still be there and he is gone. This season is exactly opposite of last season for me where I thought the guys were very weak and the girls were strong. |

The boot this week sucked. Michael didn't deserve to go. Ryan sucked. The sadism of it all sucked. Yes, the music industry can be cruel but the show
doesn't have to add to it. But to me the most sadistic boot of all wasn't exactly a boot but when they didn't let 4 people sing in the 3rd season
wild card show. That was worst than this, it destroyed 4 people's chances of a recording contract in a second, and for no good reason (they could have let
only 8 people in from the start). P.S. Brian Dunkleman didn't quit, he was fired.
