Just tell him that James is voting Josh, Sheila is voting for Sharon, and that he thinks he will vote for Josh, Baller should vote for Sharon, not tell anyone who voted what, and leave the blood on Natalie's hands (to get rid of Josh, presumably.) Now, if Nat plays this right, she will claim a sudden "feeling" or "dream" or "message" that Josh needed to stay because Sharon was a bigger mole, and more physical. Not that it will stay a secret, but it would be worth a shot on both of their parts.

Bottom line, I think they'll pull him aside next week and tell him it's all Big-She. Big She has got to go and they were "protecting" him, but they still want him with them. As for how Josh & James will play into the scenario next week, who knows. Everything could splinter and go in different directions, you never know. We also could be looking at a double evict week next week - you just never know.

She has every intention of staying with Adam if she can, but for now, her strongest move is to move away from Sheila and Sharon and hopefully recover with Adam next week. If that's not possible, it's not a bad thing for her to have worked toward mending a relationship with Josh / James - who are obviously very strong people in the house. Doesn't guaranty anything for her or for James or Josh - but it's better than further destroying it.
