I remember being a little girl and my parents driving us to the local chink restaurant to enjoy our weekly dinner of wonton soup, chop suey, egg rolls and
almond cookies for dessert. We always got the same old guy as our waiter... the one with the slicked back hair and ill-fitting white jacket who always looked
like he was tired from walking all day. He would say the same thing every week to my dad and recommend the "flied lice - it dericious!". Then after
dinner my mom would put out her cigarette in her tea cup and let the smouldering butt lay there like the lone survivor of a plane crash.
Back then we didn't have all that new shit like dim sums or General Toes because the chinks stuck with tradition and never changed their menu from 1954 and spent decent money on restaurant space. Now they just have tiny storefronts for take-out and maybe 2 tables with chairs, and all the workers are Koreans! WTF?
So, what kind of foreign foods do you idiots like?
