If she watches the episodes how could she not feel like the other sister is favored more. I think Kate makes it so obvious that kara is the favorite. The babies are hilarious! Love the collin froggies are going to beat me up scene and joel making the aunt coffee scene.

They cater to her foul moods and nastiness. I guess she's so much like her Mother, they ignore it. I don't think any of the other quiverful Moms in the news lately are as high strung/high maintenance as this one.

What a weird combo... ~~~~~~~~ They said they bought their house just after the twins were born, maybe around 2001-ish?... The area in Centra PA where they live (45 mins west of me) is extremely affordable, especially back then. I'd venture they spend no more that $125 for it. I'm sure Jon makes decent money for the area, but you all know that Discovery Health is giving them a nice payout. She does drive me up a wall too -- how can you actually go out to the furniture store to get 6 beds & then sit there for 3 hours staring at a brochure while your husband does the potty shuffle? My husband gets crabby when I stop to look at anything for 45 seconds if it's not on "THE LIST". OCD & Royal Bitchiness aside, there is one huge thing that gets me: I know they edit, but you never ever ever see footage of those kids parked in front of a TV (like mine is right now ) I guess the biggest pluses for her are 1) a full toyroom basement to banish them to, and 2) a built-in daycare class with 5 other kids always around to entertain & abuse.

The bed-shopping episode was really irritating. I don't know if TLC encouraged them to go on this shopping expedition, but that was CRAZY. I don't take my 2 little under-fives shopping unless they can be contained in a shopping cart. And even then, I've got, like, 20 minutes before they start going bonkers and want to run around or burn the store down.

I know it's not totally like that, but half the time he can't even put down his lunch bag!

Insanity ensues. I felt badly for the other people on the plane. And then, the FAQ episode where Jon and Kate answer viewer email (including when they find time to be intimate). The little ones are growing up so quickly; I love it when they speak to the camera.

She's like a robot with a smile tattooed on her face- who, by the way CHOSE very deliberately to have 56 kids (whatever) Individually. Six kids at once was a surprise to Kate and Jon. I love both of them because they are just normal people trying to make it work. They both seem like funny, normal people that would be interesting to hang out with.

Now she is irritating. She seems like she is on a mind control drug. They give their 12? kids all names with the letter J. Is this a Scientology thing? ;-) All girls have long hair. Creepy I thiought Kate (cant think of the word) . . made up for the negatives views about her on the faq episode If you had 8 kids to look after all day, you'd dump them on your spouse as well. My sister should really watch. She acts like one kid is exhausting.
