Yes. Along with Oliver, she should've made it to Hollywood.

Truth. She would've been my favorite over the blonde whores (and I love blonde whores).

She had the whole back story thing which usually points out Hollywood-bound people, but then they showed her the door Was that just to throw people off? Because it worked. |

Yeah...I said in the commentary thread that they've put people through to Hollywood who were more questionable than her.
Especially on the Charleston curve. |

She was pretty and had a pleasant voice. Worse have made it through.

Much worse.
That one contestant pointed out that the people outside can see all of the auditions on screens, so they have to see the apparent disparity in criteria for making it to Hollywood. That one guy that accused AI of being rigged, though he was truly terrible, had perhaps at least a partial point. |

I'll admit she wasn't anything spectacular, but her voice was more than decent enough to make it to Hollywood and her song choice showed that she at
least tried to step out of the Witney/Mariah mold.
Come to think of it, that's probably why they didn't like her. How dare she refuses to sing bubble gum pop crap. |

WTF!?!?!?! She was HOT! Her singing wasn't anything spectacular but she had a great backstory.

That military girl, Martha, that got rejected several years ago was way of a better singer than her.

So that retarded politician guy two weeks ago was better than her? Blasphemy! |

I watched this episode two different times (each with a different person), and both times my friend's said that this girl looked like Amanda (Kimmel) from
Survivor: China. Haha. I can see it.

She's hot and gorgeous. Her pitch wasn't good and the judges hate her. I must never appreciate the pilot.

Is it possible the judges were wary of a potential problem with her availibilty due to her military obligations? I'm sure the producers have to have some
kind of policy in place for this already.

definitely better than annoying abstenent high school girl singing in the bedroom.

^ Exactly. I was stunned when they rejected her. I liked her whole demeanor. Oh well, I guess mature acting and articulate doesn't fit their criteria.

Total agreeance. This girl was attractive, had a great story, an engaging personality, and didn't have a spectacular voice but could at least sing fairly
well. They've put many much worse people through, and I feel sure there will be at least one girl in the top 24 who doesn't sing any better than this.

Totally insane! Guys like Josh Gracin have been some of the most popular ever in their seasons, why did they think a beautiful, intelligent and sweet pilot
would not be hugely popular in the USA? Especially during pseudo-wartime? Hopefully someone drops out and they see the error in their ways. Or maybe she tries
again in another city and miraculously makes it!
