Todd/Amanda should have voted out Frosti instead of Sherea. That would mean one less person knows about the idol. (Like he did with Leslie)

Especially since Todd has basically told everyone, including the Chinese family who taught them how to fish, that James has the HII. There was really no
strategic reason to keep Frosti, except that maybe they felt that Sherea was a bigger schemer.

producers managed to convince her to play it...and hey it was a funny moment in Survivor China.
