what are some of your favorite unusual specialty breads that you have eaten?
I really love raisin bread with a nice gooey cinnamon/sugar/raisin swirl in the middle, it is great for french toast. |

I love ciabattas - Mr CBR has learned how to make them - I like to make a sandwhich with them with peppered salami, basil havarti and coarse grind mustard -

depends on what mood I'm in NTA, sometimes I just wanta change things up and do a hungarian/german style dish. lightly steamed cabbage is good tossed with
butter and caraway seeds too.
