The next post in this thread will be my 20,000th Sucks post. If Idol can give back, so can I.
You people (yes, I meant it that way - this is my contest!) think you know my musical tastes? Well, here's your chance to prove it.
The one-time only, get it before it's gone Official SLD Gives Back (Subnics!) 20K Post Contest will consist of three (3) questions.
The three (3) questions will be revealed in my 20,000th Sucks post. The contest will be open except (1) when I am offline/not logged into the board (i.e., most workdays) and (2) during airings of American Idol on the east coast. Those of you who have inferred that the contest will be short and sweet are probably right.
The first two (2) correct answers (one correct answer per question; when there are 2 winners the contest is over) will win a custom subnic of the winner's choosing (subject of course to the usual flaky whims and sometimey rules laid down by the Admin Idoits, including but not limited to me) from the time we agree on the subnic until the end of the year 2008. One subnic only - no switching during the year - and on 1/1/2009 the subnic becomes a pumpkin, so ride it while you can.
The questions will be Idol-centric. That's all you get for now. So dust yer thinkin' caps off, snarf some ginseng, stand on yer heads, or whatever y'all do to get those creative thought processes going. And there'll be no warning before my 20,000th. It'll shine when it shines.
