Frank the tank in old school made me laugh. Especially when his wife finds him running down the street naked. completely ridiculous The dinner scene from Rick bobby was good...."dear baby infant Jesus" is just funny.

Cheri would say 4 words, then repeat them over and over with that stupid smile on her face, while looking from side to side. Then Will would do the same thing - making the same facial expressions and using the same voice. Jeopardy, IMO, is the only funny thing he's ever done.
