last year was the first time i closely followed BB Aus & BB UK along with the american version, and sadly, the australian one was the most boring piece of garbage
 ... the only interesting personality was .. Camilla? That blunt bitch. I wish they included some sort of strategy in the international version.

I am excited for this mainly because I just watched my first season of BBAU (BB05), and it was sooooo good. I read on here alot that BB06 was crappy, but hey...maybe it will be better. I heard rumors they were casting more crazy people, and less pretty model types. Heres hoping!

Obviously I'm in the minority but I much prefer the way this is put together as opposed to BBUK. Australia's seems so much more laid back and less robotic than BBUK. I enjoyed BB05 more than last year's, but both seasons had their good points. Hopefully there won't be any scandals and they'll actually cast interesting guys.
They usually do a decent job with the girls, but guys like Ashley, John, and David are wastes of space. |

BB5 impressed me with the cast. Even when Angela, Nelson, and Constance were the first 3 (and very good characters) to leave....the rest of the cast still rocked.
And it gave us VESNA! |

Nelson, Angela and Constance being the first three evictees just SUCKED.. and yes, did bring us Vesna. I do think BBAU > BBUK.. somewhat. It is less robotic. Although I think the last two series SUCKED, its easier for me to watch it, it's not as long, and I seem to relate to the people more. |

I love BBAU despite it being the red-headed step-child of the big 3. Last season was boring, but as I have said many times, season 5 is one of the best Big Brothers I have ever seen. If they focus more on personality rather than looks in casting, and replace Gretel it would be a great show.
