A fair warning: This is nowhere in the neighborhood of awesomeness that last year's chart managed by DC was...but I'll do my best to try and offer at least half that.
Looks pretty bleak right now, but I haven't had many declarations to work with. I also didn't bother guessing favorites unless I was absolutely sure, so if you're on the chart, I'd appreciate a firm statement on who you're rooting for.
