I've always thought said he was the best male singer that season (not saying much, I know, but...) while Justin was clearly the male with the most overall star potential. The rest of the Gay-Js were seemingly only picked to help even out the male/female ratio. http://www.people.com/people/article/0,26334,1548761,00.html I recall seeing an ad for RJ performing at a gay club in ATL last spring. From what I understand those environments can get pretty "raunchy", and he seems way to meek and mild too handle those crowds, although the recent pictures suggest he is transitioning well from the church choir!
