The neighbors had a party last night and the conversation veered towards littering. We were all in agreement that despite the youngins pretending to be all
green and shit, they are the worst offenders. Everyday I see some kid throwing crap out of his car without a second glance. Fast food bags, slurpee
cups....you name it.
What is up with this, kiddiots? Defend yourselves.

I keep my underwear, thank you. I am the least eco-friendly of all of my friends and I still dispose of stuff in the proper places and recycle and sort stuff
out. Maine is fucking insane about that shit.

Yeah, I know what you mean, Trixie. The kiddiots hang out in one of the parks here and they leave their trash all over.
You know who else does it, though? Old people. My best friend's mother always wants to throw her pop can out the window of the car when she's done with it. We have to almost physically restrain her from doing it! |

Florida is the most overdeveloped place I have ever seen. The natural beauty of Florida has been destroyed and replaced with ugly neon buildings and concrete ( That is one of the reasons the whole place floods so badly when it rains, too much concrete, not enough drainage) |

It's exactly that way here Trixie, the youth give lots of lip service to recycling, protecting the environment, protecting animal habitats, yet leave
litter and plastic containers on the ground, picnic table or wherever. I think it's vanity stemming from ridiculous societal praise about how precious and
special kids are. They seem to think these green ideals are for other people.
I've noticed lots of kids who can't be bothered to put whatever they have in their pocket until they're at a recycle collector or garbage can, even when there's a bottle/can recycle bin or garbage can within sight. They know better, but don't think the rules really apply to themselves. |

There are a few ethic groups that are repeat offenders on littering. More often than not, they just leave their garbage on the table or curb/parking lot for
someone else to deal with. Don't get started on the wanton discarding of cigarette butts.

I don't recycle. Well sometimes I reuse plastic water bottles.
