Maybe his head will shrink back to normal size now. Will Haley leave him now to find greener pastures?

I kinda liked him and his arrangements during S6, but he turned out to be the biggest asshole since Constantpreen and just as creepy.

I personally dont mind Blake slamming Sanjaya because of course we all know Sanjaya sucks at singing, but the way he described it like saying America voters
were so ignorant for keeping Sanjaya week after week over more talented people.
didn't Blake realise he was the 'sanjaya' that ignorant Americans voted for when Melinda got eliminated? not to mention he's currently dating a female sanjaya who was all about the boobs instead of unique hair going for her, who clearly robbed Sabrina, Stephanie, and even Gina |

Is this the quickest drop in Idol history?

hahaha hated this douche.Yes - he is a douche. Hopefully he blows his cash and ends up as an unskilled manual laborer - where he would have ended up without Idol anyway - paying half his shitty wages to a shitty hag of an ex-wife to support a kid just like him. |

Now if only they'd drop "How Many Words" from the playlist at my work. I fucking hate Blake and his song.

To answer Will's question: no, it's not the quickest dumping in Idol history. That belongs to Justin Guarini. His album had barely finished slipping
off the charts when he was dropped. People hadn't had time to forget who he was and the fans he did have were pissed. 19Evil learned from their mistake and
when it came time to dump their second signed Idol, Diana DeGarmo, they were smarter. They waited till 8 months after her album was released before letting her
go, enabling her to go her high school graduation while she was still signed with them, and gave her time to get used to the idea (unlike Justin, she had known
it was coming). The timing for Blake's long-expected dismissal is identical with Diana's. Nobody cares much about the previous season's Idols in
July. The season finale was 2 months ago and the tour is going on, so they're being smart. Also, Blake's interviews have shown what an asshole he is.
At this point hardly anybody cares if his career goes down the toilet.

Actually, Tamyra Gray and Nikki McKibbon (both from S1) were dropped by RCA before Justin. Their being dropped just wasn't turned into a loud public debacle. I kinda suspect TPTB needed the more popular Justin to do J2K, so they waited to do him in. Afterwards they could miniimize his solo promotion however they wanted. Which they did. In other words, post-S1 pretty much sucked for everyone signed, except the winner. Shame, because, imo, Justin and Tamyra are more talented (and charismatic) than most from other seasons who weren't as mismanaged or held back. Unfortunate timing. Eh. |
