Is there still hope that ABC will take it? I'd all but quit watching it this year (I work nights and have to record it), but when I did start watching, it was hilarious. Unlike last season, which was awful. Can we do a write-in campaign to ABC?

OMG NOoOOoOOo!!!!!!

This was the best season of this ever. It out did the first season by far for me. Every episode was so good and so funny, the two parter that was like Dateline and 48Hours Mystery was so hilarious. I loved every minute of it.

This is the worse news ever, just when it got it's footing again.

Dammit Fox. Before the finale I was actually hoping it would be over so it could finish on a high note, but then they threw that TBC in there...which, let's face it, wasn't a great move on the producers' part considering they knew the show was on the bubble, but it was even stupider for NBC to allow it.

TBS is supposedly looking at picking up new episodes but I really doubt they could afford it...

Oh crap. That's really depressing.

Dammit if they hadn't ruined the show with that dream sequence/Earl in Jail arc. Look how quickly it got funny again once that was all done.

Seriously, Fox is thinking about snagging it? I hadn't heard that.

It'd a be a great Fox series.

Season 1 remains my favorite, Joy's Wedding being the ep in particular that made me fall in love with the series, but yes this season has been outstanding.

Kinda perplexed that NBC would allow them to do a TBC since the show has been on the bubble for months. But it's looking like Fox is planning to pick it up for midseason. A shame because this was the best season yet to be honest. Never thought they'd top the first, especially considering the decline in quality in seasons 2-3.

The Titanic line is great though.

EthanSuplee Just got the call that My Name Is Earl has been canceled. They sure did take their time with that decision or rather informing us of it.

Oh well, it was a fun show with a great cast and some very funny episodes. It was on at a dumb time slot for the humor it carried. I'd have to DVR it and watch it later that night after the kids went to bed.

That would be spiffy. I thought this was a strong season despite some of the gaffe's which may get the show cancelled (Randy kissing Joy episode for instance). Hope it comes back to one network or another, shame to see NBC kill off yet another cool show, as I've still never forgiven them for cancelling Quantum Leap!

This show looks like it could be one of the funniest shows to come along in a long time. I saw the preview for it and laughed my ass off. May be the heir to Married with Children's white trash thrown. Starts this fall on NBC.
