US actor Steve Carell is set to star as Ricky Gervais&#39; character in the American version of The Office.

Carell, who appears on US network Comedy Central&#39;s satire The Daily Show, is in talks with NBC about the role.

			<description><![CDATA[ I liked the episode and I like that the show is mirroring real issues in our country today. I like that they didn&#39;t correct it really quickly and move on
to another story. It feels like a real problem and I will be glad when they find a solution. I would have loved it if Oscar gave them his two cents and it
actually turned out to be a great plan that helped save the company. I guess it was more realistic that 15mins isn&#39;t enough time to come up with a plan
that will save a company... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Well the obvious reason the cold opening was so bad was because it was NBC forcing their shows to include a &quot;green subplot&quot; for green week.

I enjoyed most of the rest of the episode, but disappointed that Oscar didn&#39;t speak his mind. Maybe that would&#39;ve been a little too FRIDAY NIGHT
LIGHTS.

Loved the Jim vs. Ryan subplot. Much needed and was a nice callback to when Ryan &quot;flexed&quot; his power over Jim some seasons ago. ]]></description>
