I'm not if the writers/directors have gotten noms - maybe someone knows?

Off the top of my head, I know that the writers deservedly won for that episode where we learn about House's leg - the one with Carmen Electra. A director won for that episode where the bus crashed and House spent the whole episode trying to figure out who (Amber) was in danger.

I'm not sure if there are any more but I bet there were a few nominations.

Did you see Hugh Laurie on Inside the Actors' Studio? When asked about some of his co-stars by name, he gave a polite response about Foreman and didn't really say anything about Chase. He thought Cameron was beautiful, but didn't say anything about her acting.

Other than noms for Laurie and the show, the rest of the cast and crew have been completely overlooked - which is sad. I'm not if the writers/directors have gotten noms - maybe someone knows?

While I hated the Cuddy-baby storyline, she had an episode last year where she was just great; when the woman decided not to give up the child for adoption. So I don't mind award baiting, but I doubt it will happen. The guy who plays Wilson was great in those episodes when Amber died and got nothing.

So Lucas will be sticking around for quite a while longer - with a shower scene to boot - excellent!! I think they should've gone with the shower scene in the beginning - the shock value would've been wonderful.

I liked the show - I liked what Cuddy did (even though it was a cunty/bitchy thing to do)- she knew what he was up to and she wasn't going to let him do it. Same with the fake breakup.

I'll puke if they put Chase and 13 together.

Please. As if House is always sweet and sunshine to Cuddy. I don't mind her being a bitch. I do mind their stupid angst taking over the show. Their attraction was hotter when it wasn't all emotional and taking up time. Few snippets of sexual innuendo or jokes here and there. Not this long-suffering House...

I'm so far behind I just watched the James Earl Jones episode last night. I just loved one of House's lines in it - "Better a murder than a misdiagnosis." It felt like a line from the first season or two when I was head over heels in love with the show.

The loony bin was my all time favourite episode. Out of curiosity I looked up the writers and was surprised to see David Foster in the list. (Russel Friend & Garrett Lerner & David Foster & David Shore).

Did anyone else watch this new show on Fox last night? It's about a nasty, mean spirited and possibly drug addicted doctor solving medical mysteries. It stars the brilliant Hugh Laurie, and he was wicked good. I'm not a CSI watcher, and I felt some of the close ups into the patient's nose and through her body were a bit much, but the characters show real promise. One of the producers is Bryan Singer, and he directed the premiere.

eta: I bet y'all were watching The Amazing Race, right?
