I understand the outrage, but let's face it: if this is the final season, they got a first class heroe send-off. Better that than just having them silently written out. Plus, it's not like Jo was being utilized all that much, much to my personal dismay.

Beside, on this show, if the writers decide to make somebody dead be not dead again, it's easy enought to do....

so yeah, i've just caught up on the season over the past couple days. not sure why i wait for them to pile up because this is like MY FAVORITE SHOW in the world right now and i hardly ever walk away from an episode not having enjoyed it, but that's just how it is.

the trickster & convention episodes had so much greatness that already makes me nostalgic for the show, for when it's totally off the air and i won't have the great writing to look forward to week after...

I am re-watching Thursday's episode (yay for having a cold and a fever!) and the first 10 minutes are sheer brilliance. The whole episode is just so fucking good.

On the other side of the misogyny argument, I feel that at least all the major female roles on this show are strong roles, they are not whiny victims who need saving by Sam & Dean. If anything, this show is promoting tough, strong and independent women (until their eventual demise, of course).

I didn't watch tonight, but I saw it a few months ago and thought it was pretty good.

Did anybody watch it, or did they opt for the horror of Ivette's face over on CBS?
