I don't know about Exile Island the best player being third. I don't know much about that season, but it doesn't sound like Terry was this strategic mastermind. He had immunity runs, and also a very powerful HI, which allowed for no blindsides...So in that sense, I don't think Terry fans have the right to complain about Terry's lose. If it hadn't been for challenges he would have been gone a long long long time ago.

As long as F3 challenge was the usual endurance "Stand on a perch" or something that doesn't involve pain or rely on physical endurance. Stand on a perch until you can't take it anymore. Then I'd be all for the eliminated person going home.

They could even bring in bribes like cars to sweeten the deal. It's the F3, bring in the big bribes.
