Drink more water people. One of my buddies had that happen to him and he said he actually wanted to die beause he could not bare the pain any more.

I've passed kidney stones more than once. You notice even the small ones. Hell, I've been in agonizing pain for as long as a week while passing smaller sized stones.

If it was so small that you didn't notice it, then you weren't in that much pain.
