My favo 2D Zelda game for sure. Completely agree with everything said there. It was kinda weird yet cool with the side-scrolling Mario areas, and I remember a Yoshi doll. XD

So...yes. This game is probably, in fact, my favourite Zelda game - considerably more so than OoT and that BITCH Majora's Mask. First of all...it's fun to play. It doesn't make you want to tear your hair out as you're trying to complete a certain challenge; it doesn't make you do 22 things to get one item...

What annoys me most about the Chimchar line is that at the end of the day, you end up with a Fire/Fighting type... just like in Gen III. I mean, something new might be a little more interesting, but it's pretty much the same thing two generations in a row. Water/Steel is an awesome type combo (as much as I hate that famewhore, Piplup) and Grass/Ground, despite the fact it sounds like a really common combination - is unique to Torterra, too.

Meh, I'll update #2 and #1 tomorrow...but in answer to the "you chose Chikorita?"...I always pick the grass starter. Long story, but I got my first park of Pokemon cards before I got Red, and the first card I saw? Shiny Venusaur. So, like, I HAD to choose Bulbasaur in Red, and then from then on I just chose the grass Pokemon. Although that might not have happened had it not have been for something I'll reveal in the Silver write-up, since I *technically* also started with...

I remember back in like 4th grade there was like 3 people in my school that actually knew how to play with the cards and not just collect them.. and everyone pretty much collected them.. Before that the gogo's were the it thing to collect and before gogo's there was marble balls in our school.. Then they banned trading pokeon cards becouse the younger people...
