actually, if he cut the ribs into sections, like 1 rib bone per section and put them on a the grill. they would cook through in 20 minutes. they aren't going to taste like they were slow smokedr, but they will be cooked.

and I don't really like my ribs with the meat completely falling off them. I think they are overdone if they do that. you want them with a nice smoke ring, and take them off JUST before they get to the falling off the bone stage.

I pre-heated the grill for 15 minutes on high prior to throwing them on, and lowered the temp just before I placed them inside. I licked my fingers and the package the meat came in!
